1. What this website collects
From the contact form, only if you submit it:
- Name, email (entered twice), subject, free-text message.
- Whether you consented to a reply, and whether you optionally asked for news.
- Technical: IP address, time of submission, and ordinary server logs.
Do not paste identity-document numbers or other special-category data in the message. The form is for a commercial enquiry.
2. Why we process it
- Transactional reply (default). A one-to-one email or call to answer what you typed. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contract steps you asked for) and Art. 6(1)(a) (the consent box). This is not a mailing list.
- Optional news. Only if you tick the separate, unchecked box. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw at any time via unsubscribe.
- Security and abuse prevention (rate limits, honeypot): Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We do not buy, rent or scrape email lists. We do not share your address with brokers.
3. Cookies
The public pages do not set advertising cookies. See cookies.
4. Recipients and hosting
Hosting: Papaki / Enartia S.A. (Greece). When a dedicated sending pipeline (including Amazon SES) is used, that provider processes the address solely to deliver the reply or, if you opted in, the news you asked for.
5. Retention
Enquiries without a contract: up to 12 months. Server logs: as a rule 90 days. Marketing opt-in: until you withdraw, then suppression of that address for marketing.
